Contact form
When you fill out the contact form on our website, the data you enter — your name, email address, phone number (optional), as well as your message or description of your request — is stored by us.
This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry, contact you, and, if necessary, prepare an offer.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication with prospective and existing customers).
Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill your request, for example web hosting providers or email service providers with a data processing agreement.
Server log files
Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These include in particular:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources and is used solely to ensure technical operation, security, and error analysis.

- as long as statutory retention obligations apply, for example in the case of a contract conclusion or quotation.
